1) Service Description

ReleaseRockIt provides release messaging tools, AI-generated marketing drafts, and Release Audit analysis tools for musicians. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2) Access & Billing

ReleaseRockIt offers one-time purchase access tiers. Access is valid for 12 months from purchase date. Access does not renew automatically.

3) Access Period and Enforcement

Each purchase grants access to ReleaseRockIt for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Access is non-transferable.

If a payment dispute or chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access.

We reserve the right to monitor usage to enforce plan limits and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of plan restrictions, automated scraping, circumvention attempts, or other misuse.

4) Refund Policy

No refunds are provided after purchase unless required by applicable law.

Due to the digital nature of the product, all purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or infringing content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving final text before publishing and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

ReleaseRockIt allows unlimited draft generation. Plan limits apply only to finalized releases.

6) AI Disclaimer

ReleaseRockIt uses third-party artificial intelligence services to help generate output. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific context. We do not guarantee performance outcomes, including engagement, audience growth, reach, or business results.

AI-generated content is provided as draft material only. You should review, edit, and approve all outputs before publishing.

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence systems, generated outputs may not be unique and may resemble content generated for other users. ReleaseRockIt does not guarantee the originality of generated text outputs.

6.1) User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text, lyrics, and other content you submit to ReleaseRockIt. By using the service, you grant us a limited right to process that content to operate the product and provide outputs to your account.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReleaseRockIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for access during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8) Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ReleaseRockIt after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Fair Use & Plan Limits

ReleaseRockIt pricing is based on Release capacity. One Release represents one distinct musical release (track). While unlimited refinements and content variations are permitted within a Release, it may not be reused to generate marketing kits for multiple unrelated songs.

Users agree not to attempt to bypass plan limits through automation, account sharing, or misuse of release structures.

ReleaseRockIt reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and enforce plan limits in accordance with our Fair Use Policy. Violations may result in warnings, plan upgrade requirements, suspension, or termination.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReleaseRockIt and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.
